Low - Holiday Season
14 days or more notice - a full refund less $50 administration fee.

Less than 14 days notice - no refund unless unit is re-let for the full duration of booking then as above.

Xmas Season
28 days or more notice ... full refund less $50 administration fee.

Less than 28 days notice - no refund unless re-let for total period of booking, then as above.

The Administration Fee covers the cost of processing the booking receipting and banking. This includes canceling the booking from the system,   drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

Cancellation Policy

During high seasons, bookings cancelled 28 days or more prior to arrival full refund less administration fee of $50.00.   Booking cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival no refund unless premises are re-let for total period of original booking.  

Administration fee of $50.00 applies.  

During low season for bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.   For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund unless premises is re-let for total period of original booking.  

An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Entity Restrictions

5 Night minimum during Peak Seasons applies.

7 night minimum applies to one bedroom apartments during peak season.  

Additional persons staying in the unit will incur an additional charge per night.   Maximum number of persons per unit applies.
